Senior Spotlight: City View Choir

City View’s Choir was created in 2016 by a previous resident. This group may be on the smaller side, but their voices are powerful! (Check out our Facebook Page for some video proof!)
Meet our Members!
Allen has recently picked up singing! He mostly sings for himself, City View is the first choir he has been a part of. He joined the group in September 2019 and has been gifting us with his beautiful voice since!
Linda has been singing since she was just a little girl in Kindergarten. Linda joined the City View Choir just this year, but her choir resume is quite extensive! Linda’s husband was a conductor for The Concordia Choir as well as being the founder of The Johannes Brahms Choir! Together they sang in both choirs as well.
Aline has been singing her whole life! As a young girl, aged 10/11 she joined her first school choir! Aline just joined the choir this year, and what an addition she has made!
Ingrid has sang for over 30 years. She was a part of The Concordia Choir for the last 36 years! She has been a part of the City View Choir since the beginning!
Terry has sang for 35 years. He has been a part of many choirs over his years, beginning with his school choir from grades 4-8. He was also a member of The Tara Singers, Irish Society Choir and the Catholic Teachers Choir. Terry has been a strong singer for the City View Choir since 2017.
Margaret has been singing since about the age of 5. She has been a part of Choirs since she was about 8 years old, beginning with her school choir, then moving on to the Dutch Choir and also a member of St. Maurice Choir. Today Margaret shares her piano talents and beautiful voice with us as part of the City View Choir. She has been a member since the beginning.
Thank you for sharing your talents with us!
